Christopher Malcolm Hendley, Sr.

Christopher Malcolm Hendley, Sr., age 59, of Gallatin, Tennessee, passed away at his residence on Saturday, October, 19, 2019.

He was born in St. Petersburg, Florida to his late father, Reese Jackson Hendley and mother, who survives, Fay Violet Jackson, on February 17, 1960. He was a proud veteran of the United States Air Force and worked in construction most his life.

Christopher is survived by children, Christopher Malcolm Hendley, II, and wife, Rachel, of Gallatin, Tennessee, Mitchell Cane Hendley, and wife, Shevawn, of Hendersonville, Tennessee, Nina Danielle Abrams-Hendley, of North Carolina; mother, Fay Violet Jackson, of Jacksonville, Florida; brothers, Jeffrey R. Hendley, of Maitland, Florida, Reese Kimberly Hendley, of Titusville, Florida, and Jonathan M. Hendley, of Waycross, Georgia; sister, Nancy Jennifer Silverstein, of Jacksonville, Florida, along with 10 grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral service for Christopher Malcolm Hendley, Sr. will be held on Sunday, October 27, 2019 at 4:00 P.M. from the chapel of Anderson Funeral Home. Visitation with friends and family will be Sunday, October 27, 2019, from 2:00 P.M. until service time at 4:00 P.M. Interment will be held on Monday, October 28, 2019 at 1:00 P.M. at the Middle Tennessee Veterans Cemetery with military honors.
