Kenneth Blizzard, born on August 20, 1962, in High Point, North Carolina, passed away peacefully on November 16, 2024, in Nashville, Tennessee. A proud veteran, Kenneth served his country in the United States Army, where he exemplified the values of service and dedication.
Kenneth's professional career was marked by his role as a combustion turbine technician at the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA), where he applied his technical expertise and skills in a crucial energy sector.
In his leisure time, Kenneth found joy in playing bass guitar, showing his musical talent and enthusiasm. He also enjoyed bowling and fishing, activities that brought him relaxation and happiness amidst the rigors of daily life.
Kenneth is survived by his three beloved children, Gregory Galvin, Olivia Blizzard, and Christian Blizzard; grandchildren, Kaden Cash and Octavia Galvin; mother, Linda Garrett; father, Stephen Blizzard; his sisters, Angela Paplomatas and Stephanie Myers.
Kenneth was preceded in death by his loving wife, Trudi Blizzard, who will forever hold a special place in his heart.
Family and friends are invited to honor Kenneth’s life, which will be celebrated during a memorial gathering on November 30, 2024, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, followed by a memorial service at 1:00 PM with Bill Sorrells officiating, both taking place at Anderson Funeral Home, located at 202 East Main St, Gallatin, TN 37066.
His enduring spirit will live on in the hearts of those he leaves behind, and he will be remembered for his unwavering love, devotion to family, and the joyful moments shared.
